Thames water recently informed us that we had a leak somewhere in the house. Unfortunately, the whole of downstairs had recently been tiled, and both myself and my insurance company were quite worried about the very realistic possibility of having to lift the lot and start again. Ben attended the property and quickly navigated the complex system we have in the house (having moved the boiler twice in the last 2 years). To our amazement, Ben managed to find and fix the leak by only lifting a single tile under the kitchen island within 4 hours. Zero visible damage, huge amounts of aggravation avoided and at a fraction of what could have been the cost. We were extremely happy with Ben's work, on a job where had a different plumber attended it could have been extremely disruptive - thank you Ben.
